NHDP Statement on Democratic Primary Night Victories
In response to the 2026 Democratic primary results, NHDP Chair Ray Buckley released the following statement:
"Today, Granite Staters turned out across the state to send Chris Pappas to the U.S. Senate, elect Stefany Shaheen to Congress, re-elect Congresswoman Maggie Goodlander, send Cinde Warmington to the Corner Office, and take back the State House.
"Tonight’s Democratic primary victories make one thing clear: in 56 days, Granite Staters are ready to turn the page on Donald Trump, Kelly Ayotte, and New Hampshire Republicans’ costly and chaotic agenda. Families are facing impossible choices amid the Republicans’ affordability crisis.
"We look forward to giving voters a clear choice of the Democratic leaders who are ready to step up and get to work delivering real results for hardworking Granite Staters.”
